Makenna Klay

Makenna Klay is an Office Coordinator in BBB’s Boston office. She brings with her experience in administrative roles for facilities services companies, where she focused on building management and maintenance. Makenna is enthusiastic about uplifting the company culture at BBB, assisting in day-to-day office affairs, such as event planning and coordination, supply procurement, data management, and upkeep of the firm's Intranet. She received her Bachelor's degree in Communications with a certificate in Television and Film from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where she was also on the Programming Council, the university's event planning board, and the college radio station. Makenna joined BBB in 2024.
