Rolfe Nicholas

Rolfe Nicholas is an Architectural Designer. Before joining BBB, Rolfe led projects for an international design firm, spearheading private developments spanning millions of square feet in high-rise towers, hotels, resorts, and multifamily projects. He also has experience in sustainability, passive house design, minimalism in the desert Southwest, and historic renovation projects in the South and New England. Rolfe's design philosophy is rooted in his multidisciplinary background, grounded in a concern for the social and environmental sustainability of the built environment. He seeks to craft spaces and experiences that delicately balance sensitivity and connectedness and evoke the sublime. While at school, Rolfe actively contributed to the American Institute of Architecture Students, mentoring peers for design and engineering competitions within the Global Shapers Community. Rolfe received a Bachelor of Science in Architecture with a minor in Mixed Media at the University of Nevada. He joined BBB in 2024.
